Actually 21 hours for a competition that =DracheaRannak is having.
I just couldn't leave it alone. I just kept going and going and going... >.>;

Anyway, considering that they're a constellation/star senshi, I thought I'd incorporate a bit of the design from the Sailor Starlights as well as by having a two piece suit, the "fins" of her shoulder protectors and the long ribbon tails all contribute to her the water element design. ^^

It's my first time getting involved in any sort of art competition just because I've never had the guts to before. So I'm nervous and excited at the same time!

EDIT: I was so out of it when making the smaller version to post that I forgot to turn my SPARKLIES layer back on! Well, here is the final product and I also wanted to soften the front bow since I thought it was a bit too stiff looking.

She has a guardian pet male Otter called DOBHRAN (DAV-rhan) (which is Gaelic for otter lol). They have a rather good teacher-student relationship because she has no patience while he has lots to give and always teasers her about it.
